Balance: If you are already exercising and eating moderately considering seeing a nutritionist. Also think about keeping a food diary - sometimes we aren't fully aware of how much we are eating (; the quality of that food). Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight.
