Alcohol: Drinking alcohol -- especially in a binge -- can cause an inflammation of your stomach lining (otherwise known as alcoholic gastritis). Your body is telling you that it didn't like what you did to it with the foster's. Hoping you listen to these signs and avoid alcohol. See your doctor asap if this pain doesn't diminish or if your stool is black.
