Will lip lacerations heal ok on their own?

Yes with a scar: Will heal on their own takes more time by secondary intention with a lager scar tissue.

Depends: If you are otherwise healthy, most laceration can heal on their own, but they will do so with more scar when healing in this way. This is usually tolerable if the laceration is on the inner surface of the lip than on a portion that is more visible.
