Difficult: Many factors can contribute to this. When did it start? Do you have good teeth hygeine ? Factors include: moderate trauma to teeth during enamel formation (secondary teeth), periapical infection of primary tooth traumatic injury to primary tooth or teeth trauma without hemorrhage composites or glass ionomer or acrylic restoration caries (active) focal tooth abrasion.
