Yes: Moving your body, in any way, is exercise. The best exercise for YOU is the one you will do!! If you enjoy walking, get out and walk. If you like dance, do that. If you want to go to a gym, get someone to show you how to use the equipment safely. Take a yoga class. Start slowly and move forward gradually. Don't overdo it!!
