A member asked:

Can there be any door bells on the market with a louder db that would assist a person who is partially deaf?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not medical question: If you have a moderate loss of hearing, and you need a door bell that is louder, then you have to ask either an acoustical engineer to measure the decibels that are produced by a specific door bell. This is really not a medical question. Also your audiologist can determine how loud your door bell needs to be to allow you to hear it.
