Assume you mean: Methamphetamine. I sincerely hope that your "last" meth use will actually be your last methamphetamine use. If your use was limited, physical changes should gradually normalize, but many people with chronic methamphetamine use age terribly and look 20-30 years (or more) older than their actual age. Dental problems that develop can be permanent. Quit and stay quit. Get help if needed. Good luck.
