Depression: Aerobic exercise is the best natural anti-depressant ever created. Start a regular routine of 40 to 50 minute workouts in your target zone, being a little breathy at least 4 to 6 times a week. Best.

There are many: Lifestyle changes can be a powerful way to prevent depression. Research shows that regular exercising (vigorously if your doctor approves) helps. Meditation has also been shown to help for some people.
