Not yet: Of course, progress is being made, but we have a ways to go. Do not despair, as we do very well indeed with our newer more potent meds, such as tysabri, (natalizumab) or gilenya, and maybe even tecfidera, but the older interferons may not be best for most pts. We know to avoid smoking, follow low fat, low salt diets, do aerobic exercise, and add vitamin d-3.
