Remember: Exercise is great, but for most the key to weight loss is actually in reduction of caloric intake. It's a lot easier to cut out several hundred calories per day than to consistent exercise that much(don't stop trying though). Otherwise, there are many great exercises like planks for your core muscle and squats and lunges for your legs.
