Exercise intensity: The intensity of exercise is usually classified according to the maximal heart rate for each individual. If the heart rate is < 50 % of maximal predicted (mild), moderate 50-70% and severe > 70% of maximal predicted . It is usually reccomended to exercise at moderate intensity.
