Please tell me, could brain rumors cause cardiac arrest?

Brain rumors?: I imagine you meant to write brain "tumors". A brain tumor wouldn't directly cause a heart attack, but a person with a brain tumor could certainly have a cardiac arrest, especially related to surgery or other treatment complication.

Yes: Depends how long the brain was without oxygen - if the patient was immediately resuscitated, many of them recover completely.
