Mycobacterium chimaera how many people worldwide up to 2019 have been infected? what's the estimated risk percentage to cardiac surgery patients?

Rare: Infection related to certain heater/cooler units used in open heart surgeries. Most commonly related to valve surgeries, but overall risk is still less than one percent and since problem recognized efforts will bring that risk even lower going forward.
