Please tell me what are best meds for panic disorder?

There is no one: Best med for panic disorder. Ssri's, Buspar (buspirone) ; benzodiazapines can be used. Important question: what non-medication approaches are being used? There are a # of ways to address anxiety: cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga ; an exercise program.
