Amenorrhea: most common causes of secondary amenorrhea BESIDES pregnancy are: disorders of hypothalamus, pituitary, ovary, and uterus. please see your prirmary physician or OBGYN for a complete physical examination including hormone testing. you may also need to obtain a serum hcg and abdominal/ pelvic US.
