Yes: You had a 3-day period after skipping a month. Yes, it is possible that your are pregnant. More likely however and noticing that you are 47 years old, you may have entered your perimenopausal period. Irregular cycles are common during perimenopause. Please do a pregnancy test.

Menopause: I am surprised that a 47 yo female is asking this question without considering that they are entering menopause. If you really think you could be pregnant, even though bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy then a pregnancy test should be completed. Once you find out that the test is negative i would advise you getting to your family doctor to discuss how to manage menopause.
