Probably gallstones: The gallstones block the normal flow of bile out of your GB. The liver makes the bile and the GB stores it. When you eat a meal, esp fatty or spicy, the GB squeezes to empty the bile into the intestines to help digest the food. When a stone blocks the bile from emptying, it causes pain, typically after eating a meal. See your doctor to confirm and discuss treatment options. Good luck!
