Many causes: Many conditions may cause an enlargement of lymph nodes. Infection, inflammation, chronic disease and malignancy are some possibilities. A TB test can be placed to screen for TB and a cbc, with a differential can be ordered by your physician. Prmg peds can review medical records/xrays faxed to 858 259 9689.
