No: The iud is designed to work on the uterus, and the hormones in the Mirena (levonorgestrel) aren't absorbed. While I do not think that the maca root will have any effect on your iud, you should disucss this with your doctor to make sure it doesn't interfere with any other medications or medical problems you may have.
