Ortho Eval needed: Sounds like a thorough evaluation by an orthopaedic surgeon may help. With chronic unresolved pain, you may need x-rays and even an MRI to best delineate if any injury or pathology is noted within the knee (ligament, cartilage, meniscal injury).
