Might be past time: Depending on your most recent close contacts with your fiance, you may both have already been exposed. Many germs are passed around between people with no symptoms, or before symptoms occur. Assuming hand foot mouth was the culprit, the risk may be low if your symptoms have resolved. If it was something else that looked like HFM, then the risk is hard to determine. Did your doc diagnose?
