Correct the Vit D --: Defiency with vit d tablets, and increase activity levels gradually to improve muscle function around the joint. Most joint pains will improve by increasing the muscle strength in muscles, which is with activity/exercises, while taking some regular pain pills for a couple of weeks. Exercise is the most important factor in all this. Get seen by pcp to be monitored carefully. Good luck.
