Nonspecific: This is a nonspecific complaint which could be due to several possibilities such as groin pull, arthritis, hernia, pinched nerve, etc. If you've had a recent injury, it would be reasonable to treat with rest, ice, anti-inflammatories, but if symptoms are persistent or severe then see a physician.
