Wisdom tooth or 12 year old molars, how can i tell?

Count back: From the front. At the middle of the front you should have 2 incisors, one eyetooth, then 2 bicuspids. The next tooth behind the bicuspids is the first molar followed by the 12 year molar and finally the wisdom tooth. If you are missing molars and they drifted out of position, even a dentist would have a hard time identifying which is which..
