See your surgeon: Depending on the time period after the surgery, this can be normal and need some time for the swelling that is normal immediately after the surgery to subside, or if it is occurring several weeks after the surgery it could mean that the wrap is too tight or it has slipped. The best person to determine this is your surgeon. Who can perform some tests to identify what the problem is.
