Risk Factors.: Premature coronary artery disease in family is a strong risk factor that you unfortunately can not change. Optimize the ones you can: don't smoke, exercise regularly, eat a heart healthy diet, maintain a normal weight and blood pressure, if you are diabetic, follow your docs instructions to strictly control your blood sugar.
