Hydrate: Both a workout and a liquid stool will dehydrate you, so the first step is to hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids, mainly water. Diarrhea will often resolve on its own within a day or so, so it would be reasonable to just keep yourself hydrated and eat a bland diet and observe, but do see a physician if symptoms persist.
