Stools vary...: ...based on what you eat. As long as you feel well, don't see blood in the stool, and aren't losing weight unintentionally, then the consistency of your stools isn't a worry. They will change from day to day based on what and how much you eat. However, if you have persistent diarrhoea, fevers, abdominal pain, weight loss or bloody stools, you should be evaluated.
