Need more informatio: We need more information to beable to answer your question, like how long you have it, are you taking any medicine, do you have fever, abdominal cramps, how many times in a day you have these stools, and what you mean by it just comes out. It may be due to intestinal viral or bacterial infection or parasite like giardiasis etc. It may also be related to your diet and lactose intolerance.See your md.
