No: Just keep a close eye on him and the site where stung. Keep fluids down, Ibuprofen for fever.If worsens go to the er.

Wasp Sting: Seek medical care for milder allergic reactions: swelling of > 4 inches, nausea, GI cramps, diarrhea. Need tetanus shot every 10 years. Throat, airway, mouth swelling or difficulty breathing? Call 911!
