Injection: Have you had cortisone injections into the bursa. These help tremendously well in my patients. If the relief doesn't last long, you may want to see a physiatrist or orthopedic surgeon that specializes in the shoulder to get a better workup (likely with an MRI or possibly shoulder arthrogram).
