A little bit: The 145 is okay but the 92 is slightly high. Try to avoid xs salt, doing a little exercise, and, if you're overweight, shedding a few pounds. It should correct your few extra points of bp. Be sure you're measuring your BP at complete rest - check it several times and average them for the most accurate reading.
