just found out i've had an e. coli vaginal infection for a 1 1/2 years. been running fever for months and wbc elevated . what could be going in?

Chronic vaginitis: It appears that you have a chronic vaginal infection caused by the e coli germ which was probably caused by contamination with stool.Antibiotics and proper wiping technique from front to back should be very helpful.
