Test for high LFT's: There are 2 kinds of liver enzyme abnormalities--that signal disease of the liver cells or of the bile ducts. Abnormal liver tests may reflect fatty liver, too much alcohol, toxic exposure, occupational exposures, lot's of viral infections, metabolic problems, familial liver diseases, as well as problems with gallbladder, bile ducts, and pancreas. Start with blood tests to identify possiblities.

Bile : I don't know what do you mean by too much bile. Bile usually gets formed in the liver then goes to the intestine and gets reabsorbed to the blood to the liver again. If there is an obstruction to your bile duct then it can cause jaundice(yellow discoloration of your eyes). Removal of your gallbladder should not affect the production of bile.
