Not really: Estrogen promotes platelet activity but only a little. And it's not a problem, we want you to stop bleeding when you have surgery!

Doubtful: According to my resources, Estradiol does not have any known effects on dental treatment, but does have a possible side effect of venous thromboembolism (blood clots). I would get a second opinion.
