Something is wrong: Vaginosis causes an odor like stinky fish, but it does not affect the male partner. The typical treatment is metronidazole. Bacteria in urine should be treated if she has symptoms. If you have issues with your penis, see a urologist. Your problem, if you really have one, is not related to your partners'. You may need a dr for flank pain.
