I have some sort of white pores deep in my facial skin. while pressing them a white substance is released, what is this and how do i get rid of it?

Comedones: Plugs of sebum (skin oil) in the duct leading from the oil gland to the skin surface. Often inflamed. Everybody has a few. They vary in size and number. If exposed to air long enough the sebum becomes oxidized to a dark color, a "blackhead". Ok to squeeze out. Somebody is sure to warn you sternly to never squeeze, but everybody squeezes their zits, and they heal nicely after the are cleaned out. T.
