Calcium chews: Particularly calcium carbonate (not citrate) can neutralize acid. Most reflux during pregnancy is do to increased abdominal pressure and goes away after pregnancy. There are other medication for gerd that are better than calcium but there is no harmful effects as long as you are not taking too much of it. If reflux persist, consult a GI doctor and get it looked at. Stay well!
