Is there any use of plasmapheresis in anaphylaxic drug allergy?

Probably not: Treatment of anaphylaxis from a drug allergy involves stopping the medication and appropriate use of epi, antihistamines and possible steroids. Plasmapheresis does not play a role in management of drug allergy.
