May be connected: Stromectol (ivermectin), usually does not cause significant itching or rashes. That said, rarely there are severe allergic reactions. Also, depending on ther parasite your are treated for, some patients may develop allergic reactions because of the chemicals released by the parasites as they die. Try zyrtec in the morning and 2 Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night. No help? See your physician or go to urgent care.
