Difficult to answer : You have lot of nonspecific symptoms so it will take some detective work from your doctor to figure out the diagnosis it could be related to nerve problems in the neck but also could be brain related because of hearing impairment it can also be related to stress or emotional issues so difficult to say please talk to your primary care doctor for work up and diagnosis good luck.

Neck and Back Issues: Actually your facial pain may be due to something happening in your neck and the leg pain may be related to back issues. Other possibilities can be bursitis around the hip/thigh especially since you can't lay on that side. Since its bothering you i would consider seeing a physical medicine ; rehabilitation specialist or sports medicine doctor to further evaluate you.
