My brother has been diagnosed with scizophrenia really paranoid it as just come from nowhere i need to know what will make him get better please hel?

If you can get him to see a psychiatrist, he/she can help him with medication. Some folks can manage their symptoms better than others. A clinical psychologist can help w/that.
