I have complete numbness and stiff 1st finger and thumb on r. hand. did a thyroid panel t4 was 9.7 t3 (liothyronine) 27.3 and hs-ths was 2.36. is this normal?

Probably: It appears that your total t3 (liothyronine) is low but your total T4 and TSH are normal. This may simply be a lab error or from sick euthyroid sydrome (caused by an elevation of reverse t3 (liothyronine) during illness). Hashimoto's thyroiditis is associated with carpel tunnel syndrome which is probably why your labs were checked. However, you need anti-TPO antibodies to diagnose.
