Probably: It appears that your total t3 (liothyronine) is low but your total T4 and TSH are normal. This may simply be a lab error or from sick euthyroid sydrome (caused by an elevation of reverse t3 (liothyronine) during illness). Hashimoto's thyroiditis is associated with carpel tunnel syndrome which is probably why your labs were checked. However, you need anti-TPO antibodies to diagnose.
