What does it mean when an ultrasound show a gestation sac and your tubes has been tied for 10 years.

Pregnancy: I can't comment on the viability of this pregnancy but if there's a gestational sac on ultrasound then you're pregnant and your tubes are definitely not tied anymore. It may have been working long ago, but there's always the 0.5% risk of failure. See a doctor to discuss your options for managing this pregnancy.
