By living: By getting busy. Get to school. Get involved in things that will keep you busy and exhausted. Find things to do that keep you out of your house and out of your own sad thinking. Go to the local homeless shelter and work with homeless families and their children. Go to the dog pound and volunteer to care for unwanted pets. Go do stuff that keeps you busy and exhausted.
