More the converse : Ms can manifest in different ways affecting nerves. If your cranial nerves are affected that control the extraocular muscle movements, then you could potentially have double vision from that. Double vision does not cause ms. See your eye doctor for full evaluation, so they can check your optic nerve through a dilated funduscopic exam. Work closely by your pcp, and neurologist. Ms does have periods of remission, where the symptoms can go away. Important to watch your stress levels.

Confusing question: It sounds like you're trying to ask this, "can ms cause isolated double vision when looking up and to the left?" is that the question? I don't undertand all the stuff in the middle with the numbers #40 and #41. But the answer to my question is, "yeah....It could" but i think if that's your only symptom there are at least 10 other problems i know of that do that and are much more common than ms.

Doubtful: You describe an issue with eye coordination, one issue, not "multiple" problems with neurological function. Have your eye specialist assess and treat. This is NOT a reason to diagnose MS.
