I have a feeling like fire on my forehead & top of my head?

Unclear: It is unclear based on your description of what could potentially be causing your symptoms. I would advise to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation.

HMMMM: That is tough one, ..Maybe it is an early sinus issue, or an irritation of the underlying nerves in your forehead like that which would come form a shingles infection, etc. Or it may be an early simple cephalgia (head ache type issue). If it persists, get an evaluation. Good luck to you.
