See answer: Pain in the testicle for 10-15 days may be related to a number of causes: either directly or indirectly (referred pain from another source). Significant tenderness of testicle/epididymis would indicate inflammation or infection. Lack of tenderness seen if pain referred from a kidney/ureter stone or non-bacterial prostatitis. Exam, u/a, ultrasound, ct scan abd/pelvis will rule out significant cause.
