Practice : Practice before speaking to a group, use cue cards to remind yourself what you want to say, and practice speaking in front of a small group then gradually imcrease the number of audience. The more times you speak in front of people, the more you will find yourself become more comfortable. You can always start with a group of people you know who will make you feel less nervous and judged.
