Sounds like allergic: Reaction to be so systemic to your trunk. If it looks bigger than pin size or a rash, it looks bigger like wheals and hives, you need to go to er immediately. This can easily get out of control. Meanwhile you can use some cool compresses, to prevent it from being more irritating. You may have eaten something, or used a detergent, or lotion, that is irritating your skin. You need to make sure that if that's the case, that it's washed off completely with soap and water.
